Conservation
The Cape Arago Audubon Society supports a variety of conservation activities.
Aside from the events noted on the right, the Cape Arago Audubon Society has also adopted a mile of state highway 42, between mileposts 2 and 3. We pick up trash there beside the slough 4 times a year, and have removed 245 bags of trash since 2018!
We have also set up dispensers of dog waste bags at several locations around the county, starting back in 2007 at Millicoma Marsh. Woof! Woof!
